I've always been the person who chose differently.

When everyone around me was climbing corporate ladders, I chose van life. When my peers were settling into traditional careers, I moved across multiple countries in Africa. I became a digital nomad building websites for clients. Years later, I birthed at home and became a stay-at-home mom. I kept choosing the life I actually wanted—not the life I was supposed to want.

I dreamed about launching my own coaching business for years

I started twice. Quit twice. Changed my niche multiple times.

The first time, I wanted to coach creative spirits on finishing their projects. It didn't stick.

The second time, I wanted to be a mindset coach for moms integrating plant medicine into their routines. I loved it personally, but I didn't have the patience to answer the same beginner questions over and over.

I kept switching because I thought the problem was my niche. But the real problem was that I didn't know WHO I was as a coach yet.

I was giving advice for free all the time—people would come to me with their branding questions, their content struggles, their business ideas. And I'd help them. But because I wasn't getting paid, I couldn't go deep. I couldn't follow up. I couldn't hold them accountable the way I wanted to.

And I realized: I don't just want to give people advice. I want to see people TRANSFORM.

That's my gift. Getting deep with people. Seeing their light even when they can't see it themselves. Holding space for the big shifts that change everything.

But I couldn't do that without building a real business around it.

The turning point came when I realized: This dream isn't going away.

Three years. Multiple attempts. And I was STILL thinking about it.

So I had two choices: Keep dreaming for another three years, or finally do something about it.

I chose to build.

I LAUNCHED MY COACHING BUSINESS AS A STAY-AT-HOME MOM.

I don't have unlimited time. I don't have a team. I don't have hours every day to "hustle."

I have a toddler. I have a full life. I have a busy schedule.

And I STILL built this business—because I mastered myself first.

I stopped waiting for the "right time." I stopped switching niches every month. I stopped treating my business like a hobby and started treating it like WORK.

And that's exactly what I teach in The Launch Ritual.

10+ years of branding and marketing expertise I've been obsessed with branding, marketing, and how people buy for over a decade. I've built websites and brands for clients for years. I know how to position offers, craft messaging, and create content that converts.

Real experience building a business with a full schedule I launched my coaching business as a stay-at-home mom with a toddler and a busy life. I know what it's like to build when you don't have unlimited time or energy. I know how to make it work with the life you actually have.

My partner and I remodeled a van and drove from Oakland, California to Mexico. I started a YouTube channel and taught myself video editing and social media marketing. Then I leveraged our small, but loyal following to launch a branding and web design agency—all from a Starbucks in Colima, Mexico. This was my first experience turning followers into clients and using it to manifest my dream life. We ultimately funded a cross-continental move to the Gambia within 90 days of launching.

In West Africa, I started my first podcast as an outlet to share with people the why and how I was able to make such bold moves in life. To my surprise, it turned out that people loved hearing me talk and learning from me! Suddenly there were people asking me for advice around their own unique life path, and I decided to launch my first online coaching business.

In addition to my coaching business, I'm a stay-at-home mom to my 3-year-old with a busy schedule of fun classes, cause duh, we’re high achievers.

I’m also a fashion lover, a living room DJ and an occasional web designer (like this site)! I like to think of myself as a curator of all things that turn me on.

Fast forward to 2.5 years later of living and traveling all around Africa. I gave birth at home in Johannesburg and became a mom! I’ve done a lot of challenging things in life, but birth was hands down the hardest thing I’ve done, so now everything else in life seems easy (iykyk)! Shortly after, me and my little family moved back to the US to a small city where we literally knew no one.

Once I settled into the chaos that is motherhood, I started coaching other moms about using mushrooms for mindset work.These days, I combine all of my experiences into coaching high achievers on how to launch their own online coaching business.
